Quercus Scholars in both teams at Hurling All-Ireland Final

There was plenty of Quercus representation at the Hurling All-Ireland Final this weekend between Clare and Cork. It was a game that both teams could be proud of but there had to be a winner and that winner was Clare. In a game that went to extra time, Clare beat Cork 3-29 to 1-34. 

Quercus Scholar, Shane O'Donnell, was an important part of the victorious Clare team. 

Quercus Scholars, Shane Barrett, Mark Coleman, Shane Kingston and Ethan Twomey all played their parts in the Cork team.
