Diploma in Dairy Technology and Innovation
Students from the Post Graduate Diploma in Dairy Technology and Innovation, Sam Kingston (Macroom buffalo cheese) and Grainne Rafferty (Ornua), were on campus recently for their lectures. They will both graduate in December with the Post Graduate Certificate in Dairy Technology and Innovation, and it's great to see them taking the next step with the Diploma. Many congratulations on being the first two students in this new offering in UCC.
