Note: Reid was mortally wounded in the Ballinhassig ambush on 22 October 1920. He died of shock and hemorrhage at Bandon soon afterwards. His death certificate incorrectly states that he died on 21 October 1920. He was interred in Earlsfield Cemetery in the London borough of Wandsworth.
