‘Process over Product for Values-Aligned Assessment: how does what we evaluate align with what we value?’

This workshop will explore strategies for transparently centring purpose and value in our design so we may effectively assess learning processes, with a particular focus on including process-oriented information literacy competencies in assignment design.
Is the work I am asking my students to submit demonstrating what I want to be able to evaluate?
Participants are encouraged to bring with them a piece of assessment from their own teaching practice that they would like to workshop during this session.
