UCC STEM graduate honoured by Institute and Faculty of Actuaries

Jack Harrington, a graduate of UCC's Financial Maths and Actuarial Sciences (FMAS) programme, has received the prestigious Institute and Faculty of Actuaries GI Board Outstanding Achievement Award.
The award recognises actuaries working in the field of general insurance who have made remarkable contributions to the field of actuarial science.
This honour recognises Jack's thought leadership in sustainable finance and his efforts in fostering collaboration between university partners and the actuarial profession.
He has also generously contributed his time to UCC's FMAS Industry Day and has been instrumental in connecting UCC with the Society of Actuaries In Ireland through the ST4050 Statistical Consultancy projects.
