World No Tobacco Day a great success in UCC!
Thanks to everyone involved in communicating this important message on 31 May.
Dr Zubair of the School of Public Health was delighted with the response to the day and is very appreciative of all those who contributed to making it happen.
"I want to specifically thank the support of both the Head of School of Public Health, Professor Ella Arensman, and the Head of College of Medicine & Health, Professor Helen Whelton.
Special thanks go to Dr Michael Byrne - the UCC Healthy Campus Coordinator - whose vision and mission over the past several years has been a perennial inspiration to staff and students of UCC.
