Reach Out is a web based service that inspires young people to help themselves through tough times, and to find ways of improving their own mental health and well being.

Samaritans provide confidential, non judgemental emotional support, 24 hours a day for people who are experiencing feelings of despair and distress.

This is a UK based web service which offers students comprehensive information and discussion about:

  • What depression is and how it works
  • What context does depressions flourish in
  • Self-help strategies for tackling depression
  • How to get further help and support

GROW helps people who have suffered, or are suffering from a mental health problem. Members are helped to recover from all forms of breakdown, or indeed to prevent such from happening.
