Importance of CPD

In this video Clíona encourages practice teachers to think about what motivated you to become a social worker, to put a focus on those things that uplift and sustain you in your work, and to consider what nourishes you, what inspires you and how CPD can support you with this.

CPD supports the building of professional confidence and building our professional identity.
