Call for Papers: 8th Children’s Rights Research Symposium.

University College Cork is pleased to host the 8th Children’s Rights Research Symposium in association with CREAN. Doctoral students from the children’s rights field are invited to present their research by submitting an abstract of no more than 300 words. Deadline for submission of short abstracts is October 31st. 

University College Cork is pleased to host the 8th Children’s Rights Research Symposium in association with CREAN, 5-6th December 2022. The Children’s Rights Research Symposium is an annual event inviting doctoral candidates and supervisors from different universities and disciplines (law, sociology, education, anthropology, psychology, history, etc.) to come together to discuss, explore and develop research related to children’s rights. This year’s event will be the opportunity for doctoral students to present their research to their colleagues and academic supervisors working on children’s rights, and to exchange and learn from each other. The theme for 2022:

Children’s Rights in times of challenge / crisis

 

Call for Papers:

Doctoral students from the children’s rights field are invited to present their research by submitting an abstract of no more than 300 words. Deadline for submission of short abstracts is October 31st. Please send your abstract to CPaul@ucc.ie.

 

Deadlines:

  • October 31st: deadline for 300-word abstract.
  • November 15th: all pre-selected students must confirm their supervisor’s attendance and the name of their attending superv
  • November 15th: all pre-selected students must submit an extended 1,000 words abstract and include full references.
