This project aims to carry out preliminary analysis of 2D and 3D data from deep water coral reefs in support of a larger proposal. It tests bias resulting from 2D measurements of 3D objects as well as 3D measurements from 3D digital reconstructions. It determines the suitability of 4D point cloud reconstruction and growth rates of CWC over longer time scales using 3D approaches.
