Work Placement

In the second semester of third year Psychology and Computing students can choose undertake an optional 9 to 12 month Work Placement in industry or other organisations. This programme is run in conjunction with the Career Services Office in UCC. Work Placement is a partnership between the student, the employer and the University. This experience gives students the opportunity to gain practical experience relevant to their course and allows them to put into practice the theories and methodologies studied at University. Students begin their placement in September.
