About AGAUR

AGAUR is a public funding organization (Catalan Government Agency) responsible for implementing policies addressed to University & Research Community in Catalonia created by Law 7/2001 within the Ministry/Department of Research and Universities, Generalitat de Catalunya.

AGAUR implements higher education and research policies through scholarships, grants and loans, to provide access to University studies, research and knowledge transfer in Catalonia; through a peer-review assessment.

The funding activity of AGAUR involves the annual allocation of over 200 M€ in aprox. 30 Grant programmes.
