2018 BSc (Hons) in Biochemistry Conferring
Forty-three of our BSc (Hons) in Biochemistry students graduated at a ceremony on Tuesday, 16th October 2018.
Professor Rosemary O’Connor, Head of School, introduced the graduands and President Patrick O’Shea presented the parchments to the students. An inspirational commencement address was delivered by Dr Cliodhna Foley-Nolan, Director of Human Health & Nutrition, Safefood. Dr Foley-Nolan has a medical degree from UCC and a masters in Public Health from UCD. Dr Foley-Nolan is a specialist in the areas of health promotion and foodborne infectious disease.
