Dr Aideen Sullivan and Fourth Year Neuroscience Class Complete the Ice Bucket Challenge

Dr Aideen Sullivan, Director, BSc Neuroscience, UCC challenges the Fourth Year Neuroscience class to the Ice Bucket Challenge.

Well done to the 2014-15 BSc Neuroscience Fourth Year class who took up Dr Sullivan's challenge and completed the Ice-Bucket Challenge today, in aid of the Irish Motor Neurone Disease Association. Dr Sullivan nominated the BSc Neuroscience class to promote awareness of disorders of the nervous system such as motor neurone disease, which are studied in the Neuroscience degree, and to highlight the cutting-edge Neuroscience research by the Cork NeuroScience Group in the development of new treatments for neurological disorders.

Dr Sullivan completed her own Ice bucket challenge with her own little helpers having been nominated by Dr Yvonne Nolan.
