Jenny Keane is a graduate of UCC with a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce. Jenny has over 6 years’ experience working in Supply Chain and Operations, with a strong background in project management, forecasting and process optimisation. She worked in PepsiCo and more notably Apple, where she spent over 5 years working across various roles. Here, she worked primarily in new product launches for the EMEIA region, eventually becoming a project manager and leading launches for multiple products.  

Jenny also has a wealth of experience working in the Arts sector having produced a play for the 2017 Cork Midsummer Festival and later working in Fundraising and Development for The Everyman theatre.

Jenny joined UCC Academy as a Project Officer in February 2024. She provides organisational, management and administrative support to a variety of projects. Her clients include IMI, the Alumni and Development Office and the Office of Marketing and Brand Identity (OMBI).
