Lynda Kennedy

Dr Lynda Kennedy is Project Lead (North). She is a Lecturer in Speech and Language Therapy in the
School of Health Sciences at Ulster University. As a clinical linguist and SLT, she has a special interest
in linguistic impairments in acquired language disorder in adults, word learning in young children
and multilingualism. She currently leads Ulster’s Aphasia Experts programme in collaboration with
the Stroke Association NI which aims to develop the role of experts by experience in the
undergraduate curriculum.
