CACSSS Welcome new MSCA Funded Fellows

Four fully funded postdoctoral fellows have started or are due to start their Marie-Sklodowska Curie (MSCA) funded fellowships with mentors in the College.

Two fellows – Dr Jennifer Arnold and Dr Margaret Brehony – have been awarded IRC/MSCA cofounded CAROLINE fellowships and will be based in the School of Languages, Literatures and Cultures.

Two other fellows – Dr Rahat Imran and Dr Mastoureh Fathi – have been awarded MSCA fellowships and will be based in the School of Film, Music and Theatre and in the Institute for Social Sciences in the 21st Century (ISS21) respectively.

Welcoming the arrival of the first of these fellows Dr Helena Buffery (Vice Head for Research and Innovation) said We are really excited to be able to welcome researchers of such high calibre; all four projects are potentially transformative in their respective fields. The research mobility enabled by these fellowships will help to build and strengthen international collaboration around the contribution of Humanities and Social Science research to building inclusive and just societies
