How to deal with social media, online, & digital abuse and harassment

One of the main observations from practitioners and managers in the study was that there were very few accessible resources to guide their response to online and social media abuse and harassment (cyberbullying). The materials below have been created for social workers in Ireland, but they will be of relevance also to health and social care professionals, and community and voluntary services. Click on the boxes below to access short guides, videos, and links to more detailed resources. It will provide insights into social media abuse, as well as practical guidance for practitioners and managers on how to forward plan, respond and report social media abuse. While providing valuable information and resources, this website may not provide definitive answers for every practice scenario.
