At UCC we offer BA, MA, and PhD programmes in Anthropology.

Our BA program is unique in Europe in offering a four-field approach to the study of anthropology (comprised of archaeology, biological anthropology, linguistic anthropology, and sociocultural anthropology), with an emphasis on applied anthropology.

Our research-led MA programme is focused on sociocultural anthropology and offers opportunities for subsidized fieldwork abroad. 

The PhD programme is open for applications in any of the areas of expertise of our staff.
