6 Week Health & Wellness Course     In person

The Mardyke Arena UCC Health and Wellness program is a 6 week Lifestyle and Physical Activity coaching intervention.

They use a combination of One to One get togethers, the Fitbit app and Nudge Coach (remote/online coaching) mobile applications to assess your lifestyle and coach you (We will set these mobile apps up with you)

The program emphasizes regular physical activity, healthy eating, and motivation to help you achieve your goals.

Mindfulness Classes   Every Tuesday, Thursday & Friday Online

Mindfulness is a wonderful tool to help us deal with everyday stress and new research is showing that it reduces stress and COVID related impacts on sleep and work performance. No experience needed.

Online lunctime mindfullness sessions. For the moment classes are online, but hopefully they will be available in person before the end of term.
